RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund only. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service at customersupport@abperformanceparts.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and the return form provided, then mail your return to the following address:

Return shipping charges will be paid or reimbursed by us. 

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least ten (10) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

EXCEPTIONS

The following items cannot be returned:

  •     Parts that have been installed or are not in original packaging cannot be returned for credit for any reason. Electrical parts are not returnable for credit if plugged in or unsealed for any reason. Installed parts and electrical parts are only covered against manufacturer defects and are subject to a warranty exchange only, at the manufacturer’s discretion. Labor charges are not covered. When ordering parts and accessories for vehicles still under the manufacturer’s warranty, it is the vehicle owners responsibility to ensure that the warranty will not be adversely affected by the installation of these parts.

  •        A 20% restocking fee will be charged for all returns.
  •        We offer a 30-Day Return Policy. All returns must be made within 30 days from your date of order and must be in original condition. No returns will be accepted after the 30 days have expired. AB Performance is not responsible for installation errors or damage due to improper installation or abuse. Parts damaged due to improper installation or abuse, are not returnable, and we are not responsible for any labor expenses, towing, rental car, or other expenses caused by the use of wrong or defective parts during installation. It is the installer’s responsibility to verify correctness of all parts prior to installation. Shipping charges are not refundable. All return orders will be charged a 20% Restocking Fee.
