The design of Halibrand Hyper Kinetic wheel was Inspired by the styling of the wheels on the Tesla Model S Plaid prototype that Tesla took to the Nürburgring. These wheels are designed for your Tesla Model S with ideal staggered offsets, staggered widths, hub centric mounting, proven fitment & tire clearance. The unique front and rear offset fill up the wheel openings and moves the wheels out flush with the body. The Flow-Formed wheel manufacturing process applies pressure to the wheel casting while it is spinning to stretch and compress the aluminum. The finished wheel is lighter, stronger, and has a higher shock resistance & load capacity – as compared to a standard cast aluminum wheel. Individual wheels are available in 20 or 21-inch diameters with silver or anthracite finish. Reccommended combinations are listed below. Optimal Appearance & Performance (20-inch wheels): • Staggered width (8.5″ front and 10″ Rear) with staggered offset (+30mm front and +39mm rear) for extra traction with wider rear tires and a wider stance • This option fills up the wheel openings (moves the wheels out flush with the body) • Recommended tires: 235/35ZR20 & 275/30ZR20 Michelin Pilot Sport 4S, TO Tesla Acoustic Tech • Staggered width wheels/tires tested in both rear-wheel drive and all-wheel drive vehicles with success – improved traction & performance without setting trouble codes Premium Appearance (20 or 21-inch wheels): • 8.5-inch wide width (front and rear) with staggered offset (+30mm front and +20mm rear) for a wider stance • This option fills up the wheel openings (moves the wheels out flush with the body) • Allows reuse of factory 20 or 21-inch Tires • Recommended Tires: 235/35ZR20 or 245/35R21 Michelin Pilot Sport 4S, TO Tesla Acoustic Tech Tires Range and Rotate (20 or 21-inch wheels): • 8.5-inch wide width (front and rear) with same offset (+30mm front and rear) for a slightly wider than stock stance • This option allows for easy tire rotation since the same size wheels & tires fit both the front and rear • Allows reuse of factory 20 or 21-inch tires • Recommended tires: 235/35ZR20 or 245/35R21 Michelin Pilot Sport 4S, TO Tesla Acoustic Tech Tires
